عملت بالمحاماة منذ عام 1993 ، حيث كانت وكيلة عن العديد من الشركات و المؤسسات و البنوك التجارية و الأفراد
عام 2000م تم تعيينها مستشارة بدرجة قاضي إستئناف في هيئة الإفتاء و التشريع ( دائرة الشؤون القانونية سابقاً ) حيث شاركت في صياغة العديد من القوانين و التشريعات و بتمثيل الجهات الحكومية أمام المحاكم

في بداية 1990 عمل كمحامي في مكتب خاص في دبي – الإمارات العربية المتحدة وساهم في تأسيس العديد من الشركات التجارية في إمارة دبي والمنطقة الحرة في جبل علي.
عمل محامي لدى إحدى أكبر البنوك التجارية في دبي _ الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
عمل لدى إحدى المؤسسات الخدمية والمالية في المملكة المتحدة.
عمل مديراً للشؤون القانونية والتحكيم في غرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين لمدة تسعة سنوات اكتسب خلالها خبرة كبيرة في تسوية المنازعات التجارية بين أعضاء الغرفة والشركات داخل وخارج البحرين ، كما ساهم في مناقشة العديد من القوانين المتعلقة بالشؤون التجارية وشارك في عمل العديد من البحوث القانونية المشتركة بين الغرفة و الجهات الأخرى وتقديم الرأي و الإستشارات القانونية للمستثمرين من داخل وخارج البحرين لتأسيس الشركات التجارية.
عمل رئيساً للشؤون القانونية و سكرتيراً لمجلس الإدارة في إحدى البنوك المتخصصة في مملكة البحرين.
